When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 15 day notice before you move out. Please click the Schedule Move Out button on the website. You may also call and let us know, or just drop us a note.
How do I do the final closeout of my storage space?
After you have vacated the storage space, and the lock is removed, please fill out a Final Move Out Form which can be printed on the website, or picked up in a weather proof box at either facility. Please fill it out, and drop it in the drop box to the left of the office door in Moscow, and on the front of the “B” building by the sign to the left as you enter the main gate.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. There are different discounts that may be available for longer tem leases.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, mail or drop a check or money order in drop box, make a payment through our website or use our Kiosk. The Kiosk accepts cash, check, or credit card (Kiosk does not give cash back for overpayment but will apply to future charges).You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, or ACH directly out of a bank account.
What's the Kiosk and where is it?
The Kiosk is located at the Moscow office. Tenants can go to the Kiosk 24 hours a day to rent a space, complete a reservation, and make payments and when it’s convenient for them. We usually have specials for new rentals available as well. Come check it out.
Can the Kiosk be used for both facilities?
Yes. You can use the Kiosk to perform all functions including new rentals for both the Pullman and Moscow facilities. Watch for a Kiosk to be installed at the Pullman facility soon!
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies at our Moscow office.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
